DESIGN THINKING FUNDAMENTALS
Design thinking is a term used to represent a set of cognitive, strategic and practical processes by which design concepts are developed
INNOVATIVE MINDSET
Generate multiple innovations for one step in a service experience cycle and map out a detailed customer experience cycle for your product/service.
EFFECTIVE BRAINSTORMING
Discover methods of generating ideas and sharing knowledge in which participants are encouraged to think without interruption
CRAFTING YOUR USER'S NEEDS
Participant will uncover tips and hacks to craft problem statements tailored to user ' s needs
THINK ALOUD
Innovation takes spontaneous act, thus in this module, participants are asked to spontaneously report everything that goes through their minds while doing a task, and they are instructed not to interpret or analyze their thinking
IDEO CARDS
Learn to innovate through IDEO cards. There are four categories of innovation that we will uncover in this module
CREATIVE THINKING
In this module participant will learn about types of creative thinking, and how to achieve these thinking in few hands on exercise.
MOODBOARD
Moodboard sets participant' s mind to be in parallel to what' s in the user ' s mind. This module help to uncover what's in, trend and how to set up a moodboard for client/customers/users.
FICTIONAL PERSONAS
Participants will exercise their creative and critical thinking in this module. They will need to re-imagine fictional users for their products.
NEEDS STATEMENT
User need statements, also called problem statement or point-of-view statements, are a powerful, fundamental tool for defining and aligning on the problem you are going to solve
CASE STUDY
This module will give insight on successful stories on unicorn companies solve their problems
APPLIED CREATIVITY
This module will uncover tips and techniques to harness artistic imagination and vision to effectively implement unexpected, innovative ideas .
CONCEPT GENERATION
Concept generation is the process of creating ideas for designing a product based on the target specifications and requirements. This module will uncover ways to marry ideas and requirements.
DRONE
Introduction class to Drone, and this hands-on module will uncover techniques to master how to fly a drone and get certified with DJI.
3D SOFTWARE
Various 3D software will be introduced in this module, tailored to the participant' s need. Pre-registration is required.
3D PRINITNG FUNDAMENTALS
Participant will get to print 3D file in this module, and learn how to do 3D printing at IVL.
APP DEVELOPMENT
Get digitalized, participants will learn the basic app development, powered by either IOS or android to help the business grow digitally.
UI/UX FUNDAMENTAL
This module will uncover the four keys of UI/UX, this is a important module for participants who wish to embark technopreneurship
FAST PROTOTYPING

SPONSORS USERS
Sponsor Users are a scaled approach to co-creation with end users. Sponsor Users help you design experiences for real target users rather than for assumed needs.
MANAGING FEEDBACKS
Feedbacks are important response to measure the success of your products. Participant will learn how to take on feedbacks, integrate and leverage the feedbacks collected.
GATHERING FEEDBACKS
This module will teach participant methods to prepare, gather and collect customer feedbacks effectively.
VISIBILITY
This module will cover topics such as SEO, growing social presence, building effective website and how to engage with the right audience.
FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
Discover how to use modeling to analyze a company ' s cash flow to maintain NPV and identify key components of financial analysis
DIGITAL MARKETING
A digital marketing strategy is different from a digital marketing campaign. When talking about digital marketing strategy, this module is referring to a master plan or a blueprint to achieve a long-term or macro goal
CREATIVE CONFIDENCE
Participant will learn the capacity of being creative. Hacks on how to unleash creativity and be confidence in your ideas, no matter how silly they are.
MASTER THE PITCH
In this module, participant will learn how to pitch effectively, either to stakeholders or clients. Delivering pitch needs strategies and key points that triggered the audience. Learn these triggers in this module.
